Terms of Service
Effective date: September 14, 2026
Welcome to the website of Purecode Web Design LLC ("the Business," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website, including the client portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the website only; web design and hosting services are governed by the separate written contract signed by each client.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website—including text, imagery, logos, code, and design elements—is the exclusive property of the Business or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any portion of this site for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Ownership of work we produce for clients is governed by the client's contract, not by these terms.
2. Nature of Information
The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice, and pricing or timelines shown on this site are not binding until confirmed in a signed contract.
3. Client Portal
The client portal is available only to current clients. Access is by a sign-in link sent to the email address on file. You are responsible for keeping that email account secure and for all activity that occurs through links sent to it. Do not forward sign-in links to others. You agree to upload only files you have the right to share and that do not contain malicious code. We may suspend portal access at any time to protect the service or if your account is not in good standing.
4. Electronic Signatures
Contracts may be signed electronically through this website. By signing electronically you consent to do business electronically and agree that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and the Idaho Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. We keep a record of each signature, including the time, IP address, and a fingerprint of the signed document, to verify its authenticity.
5. Payments
Invoices may be paid online through Stripe. By submitting a payment you authorize the charge shown on the invoice. Amounts due, due dates, and refund terms are set by your contract and invoice. Saved payment methods are stored by Stripe, not by us, and are used only for charges you have agreed to in your contract.
6. Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when contacting us, completing a questionnaire, signing a contract, or making a payment, and to keep your contact details up to date.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the website or client portal will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Business shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this website. This section does not limit any obligations set out in a signed client contract.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any legal action regarding the use of this website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
